Nashville, TN – Chase Montgomery ends the night with a top 5 finish. After a tuff night Montgomery is happy to get another top five. On lap 3 of the race Montgomery was hit from behind sending his car high having to get out of the throttle he lost many spots. The caution came out on lap 6 when Beaty Enterprises driver Dwayne Hudson was spun in turn three. Hudson coming off a 4th place finish in his first start of 2008 driving the Wynn’s Chevrolet backed into the wall in the spin. Out up front Chevy White was running solidly in the 3rd spot. Montgomery was picking off cars one by one as the race winded down. On a restart on lap 36 White’s night came to an end when his motor let go sending his car and others spinning on the track. Montgomery made his way through the wreck but got front end damage to his Ronald McDonald House Chevrolet. After a lengthy clean up Montgomery found himself sitting in the 5th position where he would finish. Beaty Enterprises looks ahead to double point night at Music City Motorplex on August 8th.
