Chevy White uses patience for a top ten finish.
Nashville, TN – Chevy White patiently made his way through the field of cars in the ASA Southeast Tour Adam Petty Memorial 200 at Music City Motorplex in Nashville,TN. White had a strong car in practice and felt like they had a car that could compete very well. On Friday White made his way into the 36 car field qualifying 26th, team owner Brance Beaty said “I believe we had a top ten car in qualifying we just made the wrong decision on the gear, but we will be ok in the race.” On Saturday White filling ill took his Wynn’s Chevrolet from his starting spot and picked off cars one at a time, making his way to the 16th spot at the lap 100 break the Beaty Enterprises team changed four tires and made a small chassis adjustment. White would bring the car home in the tenth spot. "I haven't run this series much, if we had more time to work on it; I think we'd do better. It's another man's game." White told the Tennessean.
